Talk:

Changing Out of Your Typographic Sweatpants

with James Edmondson

We are in the middle of one of the most exciting times in thousands of years of type history. Variable axes, new licensing models, and improved educational programs are helping facilitate this golden age of type design. Unfortunately, graphic designers are overworked, and too busy “crafting digital experiences” to make sense of it all. In this 20 minute explosion of black and white, James will give an entry point to this esoteric world, and make a desperate plea for designers to embrace the chaos of our contemporary type design landscape.

This talk is scheduled as part of the main Typographics conference schedule. You must register for the Typographics conference to attend.
